Transitional Living Programs for Youth

ViaQuest Behavioral Health of Ohio transitional living environments are designed to serve individuals over the age of 16, but younger than age 21. Transitional Living programs are developed based on the needs of the individual being served. The program will consider for admission individuals who have a diagnosis from a licensed psychologist, of Mental Retardation or a Developmental Disability. The guardian must be in complete agreement in order for placement to occur. This program is designed to serve individuals on a short term basis to teach basic life skills and prepare the adolescent to live independently.
