Site Supervisor, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), Reading, PA
Jennifer is responsible for administrative oversight of the BHRS program, including recruitment and training of staff, monitoring productivity and service utilization in coordination with the Case Managers, and assuring that the program is in compliance with Medical Assistance and Managed Care Organization regulations. Jennifer has been with VBH since December of 2003, holding the position of Lead Therapeutic Support Staff. She was promoted to BHRS Site Supervisor in January, 2007.
Jennifer received a B.A. in Child and Family Studies, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from Albright College. She has worked in the mental health field for ten years, providing both in-home and community based behavioral health services to children and adolescents with a variety of mental health challenges, such as autism, bipolar disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder. Jennifer has been involved in the Berks County Autism Society for the past 5 years, participating in the annual Walk-a-Thon to raise money for autism awareness and research.
