Tamara Calderwood has been with ViaQuest Behavioral Health of Ohio since its inception in 1999 and currently serves as the Northeast Region Director. In this position, she is responsible for adult and adolescent residential services programs in Summit, Lake and Cuyahoga counties. Tamara has worked to develop and enhance the cognitive behavioral approach as a long range teaching tool for life skill enhancement for those living in ViaQuest Behavioral Health of Ohio homes.
Tamara has worked in residential-based programs for over 15 years and was a Sexual Abuse Investigative Social Worker for five years in the northeast Ohio area. She has also worked with and for companies that provide services for the dual diagnosed, mental retardation and mental illness, survivors of abuse, multi-system care, and sex offender populations. Tamara has always been a teacher in her various capacities and is presently a certified Reiki Teacher and Practitioner. She has been facilitating change for individuals and groups in regards to stress management and other health matters since 1992.
Tamara received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
